Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations: You may cancel or postpone your daily tiffin or subscription deliveries up to an established cutoff time (usually the night before). Late cancellations are not eligible for refunds or carry-forward credits.

Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method or wallet within 5-7 business days, subject to our review.
